Privacy Policy

Pursuant to, and in accordance with, (EU) Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter, for the purpose of brevity, “the Regulation”) and of Leg. Dec. 196/2003, Reinova S.p.A. provides you with the following information on the processing of your personal data in the context of use of the “Contact Us” form present on the Reinova S.p.A. website.

Who is the data controller?

The Data Controller is Reinova S.p.A., with registered office in Soliera (MO), Via Albinoni 10, 41019 Modena, VAT no. 02769390358, in the person of the legal representative pro tempore Giuseppe Esposito Corcione (hereinafter, “the data controller” or “Reinova”), available at the following address: privacy@reinova.tech

For what purposes are the data processed?

Your personal data, collected through the form, are processed exclusively for the purpose of permitting the correct receipt of the request for information or of comments sent by you and to respond to any enquiries made by you.   

Your personal data are, therefore, processed in order to perform a specific service voluntarily and freely requested by you, in accordance with art. 6, 1st paragraph, letter b) of the Regulation.

The provision of your personal data is not mandatory; the failed provision of said data, however, would make it impossible for Reinova to examine your request for information and to give you an appropriate reply. 

What personal data are collected?

In order for you to be able to forward a request for information that Reinova can adequately respond to, Reinova requests the provision of the following personal data: name, surname and e-mail address.

For how long will the personal data be processed?

Your personal will be processed and stored only for the period of time necessary to fulfil your request for information and, in any case, for no longer than 12 months from their acquisition. 

Who are personal data communicated to?

The following persons and entities designated by Reinova as data controllers pursuant to art. 28 of the Regulation could gain knowledge of your personal data collected through the “Contact Us” form:

• companies assigned to the management and ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of the website;
• external entity assigned with the IT system;
• Reinova staff.

The personal data collected are also processed by persons and entities expressly designated and appointed by Reinova as persons authorized for processing, pursuant to arts. 29 of the Regulation and 2-quaterdecies of Leg. Dec. 196/2003 that act on the basis of specific instructions provided according to the processing purposes and methods.

What are the rights of the user regarding their personal data?

You have the right to obtain from Reinova, in the cases and within the limits prescribed by the Regulation, access to your personal data, their rectification or erasure, limitation of the processing that concerns you, or to oppose to processing (arts. 15 and following of the Regulation).

If you consider that the processing of your personal data carried out through this service occurs in breach of the provisions of the Regulation, you have the right to make a complaint to the Italian Data Protection Authority, as provided for by art. 77 of the same Regulation, or to take appropriate legal action. These rights can be exercised by contacting Reinova at privacy@reinova.tech
