Information on the Processing of Personal Data of Webinar Participants under Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679
Pursuant to and for the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as “Regulation”) and Legislative Decree 196/2003, as amended, REINOVA S.p.A. hereby provides you with information on the processing of your personal data in connection with your participation in webinars on the LinkedIn platform.
Who is the Data Controller?

What Are the Purposes of Data Processing?
The collected data will be used to:
· Manage your registration and participation in the webinar.
· Send you communications regarding the webinar.
· Send you promotional and commercial materials about our products and services, provided you have given explicit consent via the LinkedIn registration form.
Your personal data is processed for the purpose of providing a specific service that you voluntarily requested, as per Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation.
You can revoke your consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in each email.
What Personal Data is Collected?
To enable you to participate in the webinar, REINOVA S.p.A. requests that you provide the following personal data: name, surname, email address, company, professional role, and any other information voluntarily provided in the LinkedIn webinar registration forms.
How Long Will Your Personal Data Be Processed?
Your personal data will be processed and retained only for the time necessary to allow you to attend the webinar, and in any case, for no longer than 12 months from the date of collection.
To Whom Are the Personal Data Disclosed?
The personal data collected via the LinkedIn form may be accessed by the following individuals designated by REINOVA S.p.A., pursuant to Article 28 of the Regulation, as data processors:
· External IT system providers;
· REINOVA personnel.
The personal data collected is also processed by individuals expressly appointed and authorized by REINOVA as data handlers, as per Articles 29 of the Regulation and 2-quaterdecies of Legislative Decree 196/2003, as amended, acting in accordance with specific instructions regarding the purposes and methods of processing.
What Are Your Rights Concerning Your Personal Data?
Under the Regulation, you have the right to request from REINOVA access to your personal data, rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, or the right to object to processing (Articles 15 and following of the Regulation).
If you believe that your personal data has been processed in violation of the Regulation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, as provided for by Article 77 of the Regulation, or to take legal action.
